Error in receiving IDOC from SAP to XI

Hi,

I have IDOC to file scenario.

SAP has sent the IDOC to the XI. And has the green status in WE02.

but the IDOC is stuck in the SM58 of R/3 system.

it given some error : "Segment definition in IDOC type" (something like this).

Any help on this. What could be the problem.

Check if the RFC destination in SAP system has enough authorization to send idoc to XI.

Then goto idx2 in XI and see if metadata is loaded or not. If not, do it manually.

you have not loaded the idoc definition into IDX2 in XI.
