Hi,
1 to 100 he will get acural amount of 5 rupees and 101 to 200 he will get 6 rupees this
another one is 0 to 100 3 rupees and 0 200 and is 4 rupees
This cannot be done. Accrual rate will be only one even though there are many entries in scales.

Thanks Rajesh for the kind replay atleast is it possibel that
1=- 100 he will get accural of 5 rupees for each qantity and
from 101 to 200 he will get accural of 6 for each quantity, even this is also not possible in my case cause when i go to scales screen in nex scale line item that is from 101 to 200 accural coloumn is grayed out.
please tell me where i am going wrong.

Hi,
Please go through the documentation of Rebates and understand the process in more detailed manner.
There are 2 rates in Rebates
1. Rebate Rate
2. Accrual Rate
What you are mentioning (0-100 --> Rs. 5 and 101-200 --> Rs. 6) is the Rebate Rate
There will be only one Accrual rate for the scale as a whole.

Thanks Rajesh,
let me elobrate my issue in detal, every time customer make sales on that quantity i want to pass acural amount so here i have two scales i.e from 1 to 100 is 5 and 101 - 200 6,so how to do this.cause in accurals its only post the one accural amount so what i have to do to post the next accural amount.
Hi,
You need to maintain scales value in Rebate agreement.
Please create a rebate agreement with the agreement type you need using t-code VBO1
Select teh condition type by clicking on conditions button.
Maintain the condition record.
To maintain scales there will be a BLUE button (shortcut key F2) click on it.
Eneter the scales value and the rebate Amount as your requirement.
Hope this helps.
