Ya even I had an idea that there is no certification now but in one of the previous thread on certification there was some reference by the moderator that they are planning to come up with one...buts its been long time that thread was posted...so just wanted to know are there any intentions or plans from SAP side to introduce certifications?
Up to the present there has been no formal program for SAP MII certification, other than NW-CA-MFG Composite app certification through the ICC ( [original link is broken] ), but I think you are looking more for the SAP Education route of passing an exam following an education course curriculum.
Take a look at the two websites above and make some inquiries within each group - they need to see the demand from the field before considering something like this, and I encourage all forum readers interested in formal certification for SAP MII to make their own inquires with the Education and the ICC.
