valuation of charecterestics during after closing

HI,

I am facing this peculiar problem in some lots in 03 inspection recording.

after results recording we are valuating the charecterestics and then also closing them after valuation, but during saving the operation agiain the valuation window pops up and asks for valuation several times for each mic.

pls help what can be the problem.

The valuation is asked for every charecterestic which is already closed. and also for several times for each charecterestic.

for the inspection pt valuation i have given automatic valuation based on insp pt defenition in the qm control key, so the system is not asking for inspection pt valuation

Hi,

Check following points.

1. What screen are you using for RR?

2. Just confirm once again, pop-up that comes for the same MIC of the same Operation or next operation in sequence?

3. Are you using any user exit?

4. Check the Recording configuration in SPRO in Settings for Plant Level.

Hi,

The screen used for RR is qe11

The pop up is comming for the mics of the same operation

we are not using any user exit

In plant level settings for recording configuration i have opted for no back ground functions

Yes i am using inspectiion pt with work shift date and time

Yes before saving all the charecterestics are in 5 status.

Hi

the valuation which is asking after RR is Nothing but the valuation of inspection point.

Which either comes from customization at plant level or in Inspection point.

are you using Inspection point In the Inspection type 03 task list?

has all char have status: "5"?
