while executing PA20 and PA30 it si taking huge time,request you to please tell me how we can improve the response
time of these Tcodes.

does it take time for PPOME, PPOSE as well, you could try SA38-RH_DELETE_OM_USER_SETTINGS?

I agree with purnimas suggestion.Go ahead and hide object manager.It will increase the speed for sure.

Yes, this happens bcos of structural authorizations. Add the particular user who is accessing these transactions to speed tabel T77UU.

Is it happening in production system? Generally it takes long time while executing PA20/PA30 if huge employees are there in the system.
So while executing PA20/PA30, system is trying to bring all employees in the selection area (left corner).
To avoid this, hide object manager via settings > hide object manager.
Same thing was happening to us. So it might help you.

did you check with the basis team. it can be a memory issue and they will be able to increase the size or to guide you further

Do you happen to have structural authorization implemented ? If yes, this can cause performance issue when doing authrorization checking. To resolve this (only if you have struct auth implemented) , the user id would need to be added in T77UU, and SAP utility to re-generate index for structural auth (RHBAUS00) to be run after .
