Output type is not getting processed

Hi,

I am trying to save an output type ZTTT in the sales header and it is not getting processed. The output type is meant for Fax transmission medium. What all can be the possible reasons for this to happen.?

check the settings for the output types in

NACE Transaction

Hello,

Check the NACE setting for the OUTPUT,

Goto the Transaction code NACE and choose the Applicaion as V1 and then select your OUTPUT TYPE, then choose your processing medium

Whether you set Default Despatch time as 1 -SEND WITH PERIODICALLY JOB SCHEDULE or 4. SEND AFTER SAVING THE DOCUMENT.

If it is 1. Then check the Batch job setting for the RSNAST00 program.

I think it is other than 4.

If it is 4 then automatically it will be processed once you save the document.

Please check the settings and revert back

Dear Friend,

After you key in the Output type & Transmission Meduim, click on "Further Data" on tool bar & in Dispatch time, select 4 (send immediately).

Otherwise check your Output determination settings in IMG.
