Posted Document in Wiki - No response received

Hello Moderators,

I know this shouldn't be the part of forum but I did not find any suitable place for to mention my concern.

I posted an article on Wiki with the name "NetWeaver Developer Studio Practical Implementation for the Newbies"

I requested for the review, placement of the document at the exact location & points but nothing was taken care of. Could you please let me know the probable reason behind this?
