You can do a screenshot of a scroll bar down the right column and along the bottom without using ALV, like this:

This is explained in the forum rules or somewhere, and it is also explained at the bottom right of the page where you post (like , , etc.) There is also a button in the top of the editor, which automatically quote the message to which you respond.
There is an unreleased version of this functionality, but the problem is that SDN uses more than one frontend server (with a file system...) and the users will be logged onto different ones.
So although it looks like an attachment, it isn't really one which works.
A workaround within SDN is to register as a blogger, and then load your screenshots into there and use them in the forum instead of a blog. But the size is limited and it is not really intended for this... but it would work.
