iu2019m working on search engine services (SES) , and I needed some information about how the data is actually stored on the TREX server. Now using SES, I can index structured data, which basically means that I can index data from database tables. Now this data has a particular structure to it, but while indexing I send this data in terms of field name and field value. As a result of this I get all the data that is grouped under an object id. So if the object id is different from the key fields of the table I wont get data for specific key fields. I get all the data under that object id.
So I wanted to know how this data is stored on the TREX server. I know it is stored on the file system. But I wanted to know the format in which it is stored on the file system. Is it stored in some structured way. And also I would like to know if it is possible to return this data in a structured way. Right now I get the search results in terms of attribute name and attribute value. Is it possible to get it in the form of the structure I used to index it?
Iu2019ll appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks in advance.
