how to find the details of the user who accessd documents in dms portal

I require the details of the all users who accessed the documents and how many time they accessed in DMS.

how to find this could you all please help me in this...

Hello,

If they change then it can be found in DMS log but accessing DMS will not capture. My opinion is tweaking around User Log to extract the related information
