Shopping cart work item is in approver's inbox even after approval.

Hi,

We have requirement of approving shopping cart by responsible persons of the cost assignment element.

But when we are trying to approve the shopping cart affter shopping cart was ordered. The workitem still remains in the approvers inbox (seems to be workflow is triggerd again and workitem is going to same approver). And shopping cart status is with the same approver.

In actual the shopping cart level has to be approved and if next level approver presents , it has to go to his inbox for his approval.

Can anyone help me in this regard.

Do u mean that the workflow is going into a infinite loop ?

this could be happen when no approver was picked for some reason but and still the workflow was started .

the workflow goes into a waiting state .

the approval preview shows 2 approvers ?? with the same name in a triangle??
