Adobe Interactive Form - Technical Questions

I don't know much about interactive form, I just have some questions:

1) Technical characters of interactive form?

2) Can anyone give a step-by-step example of interactive form development?!

3) How does interactive form works with SAP system when it's online and offline? (just 'submit' action?)
