Confirmation Error in process

i have encountered an error in process on my confirmation but it is already approved

it was push at SE37 with bbp_pd_conf_transfer & BBP_PD_CONF_TRANSFER_V2 but there's no changes at the confirmation at the SRM and no error appears at the application monitor

how could i resolve this? many thanks

check we02 mbgmcr01 idoc in both system for that error date in srm as well as ecc.

it will inform you why gr was not able to post in the back end. correct the data via bd87 and post them

you can try this also.

1) Check confirmation application monitor error what is the cause

2) Check BBP_PD Error Message

3) Execute the FM (BBP_PD_CONF_TRANSFER_V2) for the error confirmation in SRM and after execute a IDoc will generate (Failed) Iodc

4) Check related Idoc in WE02 or BD87 and re-process

5) Check related confirmation in R/3 and SRM
