In this report (MCV1) anyone know how system calculate MeanQScore, Rejection Rate, Rejected Qty, SKIP rate etc..?

How can we come to know that system use this formula to calculate this value?

Reply would be awarded with point.

Hi

MeanQScore:This is statistical mean value of all lots' Quality score.

Rejection Rate:The reject quota is the ratio of the rejected lots (usage decision not o.k.) to the total number of lots.

The reject quota is always output as a percentage value

means in simple language Total number of lots rejected say X out of 100 then rate will be X/100

Rejected Qty:this is rejected Qty with ud RF (usage decision not o.k.)

SKIP rate :The quantity-based skip quota is the ratio of the total amount of skipped lots to the total number of lots.

The skip quota is always given as a percentage value.

if y lots are skipped out of 100 then Skipped rate : Y/100

Hi

SKIP qty: This is total Lots that are skipped.say X nos of lots are skipped. This is used for skip rate calculation.

Sample qty:This is the Not sample Qty of Total lots.It is total Qty you put in sample(Mvt type 331)in UD screen.

Defective qty:This is total Qty scrapped(541 Mvt),

Lead time:difference between the Lot creation time to UD taken time.this is Avg of all lots.

Good explanation....

Can you tell me what's the calculation of Mean QSocre??? How quality score obtained? Rejected/ all lots received? Accepted/ all lots received? Only lots with UD? etc?

Hi

this is depend upon Qm view >inspection type>Quality score procedure-->

if it is based on say "UD score" then

UD score will be arithmatic mean of scores of all lots.
