Cost in CN47N

Hi,

How can I see the Actual and Planned cost information associated with each activity in this transaction. I have created layout and download it as an excel report, which field in the layout should I choose to get the cost information in my report?

I could not find selection for a column as per your requirement in CN47N.

As a work around, use the transaction CN41N.

1. Enter Project/ WBS/ Network or any combination of your choice.

2. Click on Select Object types and select only the objects you require. (Network/ Activites)

3. Then change the layout as you did in the previous case and display the Order cost plan and any other column you want to view.

4. Export the same to Excel.

5. In case you just want to see the costs for an activity in that report itself, select an activity and click on Drilldown Report and run the report.

Hope this serves your purpose.

Thanks Ajinkya for your response! I guess instead of using CN47N I will use CN41N to view schedule and cost informaiton together at one place.
