Water Utilities Best Practice v1.600

Greetings,

I have been reviewing the water utilities best practice v1.600, and I cannot seem to determine if:

1. it is compatible with CRM 2007 BP Baseline, or the new and just released CRM 7.0 BP baseline. The template documentation seems to reference CRM 5.0.

2. The Configuration file has been removed from SMP. Is this because it is being updated? There is no indication of a next release in the availability matrix.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
