problem with viewing option button in autocad file in dms

Hi experts,

In the dms i have attached autocad application. when i double click on the file its opening and i try click option button

its going for dump. the error which is showing is 'cannot accept # as a number'. pls any one help me out regarding this..

Hi,

This problem becasue ,you have entered the # symbol in document number which is not assigned in numbering type.

This is not related to viewer I hope you have installed ECL viewer6.0 with Patch. If not kindly reinstall and check.

If any error is there while configuring Autocad Mime types in DC30, the messages are different. and this error message which you got is totally different. Kindly check your document number field and revert back.
