Hey Guys
We have configured CCMS to trigger alert e-mails in case message processing fails on individual XI boxes(not on solution Manager).
We also have SAP standard jobs which try to restart any failed messages which are also scheduled.
Now whenever an error happens we get alert e-mails for every retry.
is it possible to somehow stop alerts at every retry and trigger alert e-mail only once.i m using CCMS_OnAlert_Email to trigger e-mails.
Thanks
Saif
CCMS_OnAlert_Email will generate multiple alerts for every retry.
Use CCMS forward to ALM class( can't remember the exact name right now) to forward the alert to alrtcatdef, then check "Suppress multiple alerts of this rule" in RWB to stop multiple alerts.
Thanks
Saif
