PO Deletion Error as Status is active

Dear Experts,

we are using srm5.0 and when tried to delete a po,received message status is active, however tried to set the deletion indicator using fm bbp_pd_po_update & bbp_pd_po_db_delete but not update the po in gui.Can you please advice me any other way to proceed with such message.Have checked in RZ20 as well no error message being shown.

in debug mode , had set the deletion indicator.

Hi,

Get the object guid from BBP_PD for the purchase order then enter the guid in table CRM_JEST.

Remove the status inactive set for the I1080 then try making chagnes to purcahse order.
