The Roles assigned to a Business Partner are stores in the table BUT100. If you want to get the list of Business Partners for a particular role, you can get by making a join on BUT000 and BUT100.
I think there are no seperate tables for "bill to party". All business partners are stored in common tables - BUT000 & related tables. Bill-to-party is one of the roles (or partner function) which a business partner can take.
