Forecast can be converted to an order??

Hello Gurus,

If I have created a forecast using MD81 which acts as demand after certain number of days can I convert this Customer Independent requirement into a real sale order.

If I create a forecast using MD81 because of a tentative requirement, when I receive a concrete requirement from customer can I convert this forecast into sale order without creating any fresh demand???

Hi,

Perhaps you can create the order with a BAPI reading the data from the system where you have the forecasts using the module function 'LESEN_PROGNOSE'.
