Shopping cart work item not coming in portal UWL

Hi Forum,

Shopping card woritem is visible in SRM shopping cart when it is viewed directly. But when tried to view it from portal those work items are not coming in portal universal work list. Required UWL system registeration activity are performed for this.

Are you geting backend business objects in the UWL ? or only you can not see only SRM business Objectsin UWL?

We have configured portal for 2 back end systems

1. SAP_ECC -- we are gettign the business objects in portal UWL

2. SAP_SRM - we are not getting business objects in portal UWL

Please find some log details...

I am not sure whether this log is for UWL SRM since we have some custom connectors also

Hi

Create one cart in srm and go to manager uwl . check you must have the sc approval . if you dont get. sort by sent. you must have SC in UWL as the fist item for approval.

if you stll find a difficulty to see your sc , report to portal//content administrator.

I this this is due to some authorization issue from portal to make RFC call

In some places of the log I am getting error some thing like

User has no RFC authorization for function group SWN_UWL_URL_GEN

I am just investigating on this
