How to assign Relationship Category

Hi to all,

i am implementing SolMan as Service Desk ....for that i am defining Partner Function.

For that i am taking Standard SLFN003 which is for Support Team .

For SLFN003 i want to add relationship cateogry ZCRMH0 undefined relationship (copy of CRMH00)...but not getting it into the option .....

How can i select it

Dear Dik,

Do one thing

Go to the following IMG Path: SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide -> SAP Solution Manager -> Configuration -> Scenario Specific Settings ->Service Desk -> Partner Determination Procedure -> Define Partner Function

Or use T-Code CRMC_PARTNER_FCT

Find the Partner Function "SLFN0003: Support Team". In the field Relationship Category, select the newly created Relationship category.

Save your entry.

but when ever i am selecting relationship category ...on that option i am not finding CRMH00 relationship categoery...

please tell me how can i assign it to partner function SLFN0003.

Dear Dik,

As you told that you copy a relation ship category ZCRMH0 to CRMH00,

check its deatail ...that should be ok if not then you can not assigned it to

check the HIDE box for ZCRMH0 ok

for that follow the path

IMG >Cross-Application Components->Sap Business Partner ->Business partner relationships-->Properties of business partner relationship categories...
