Problem: The SC which already ordered can be order again.

Hi all.

I have a question. When I create PO from SC, I found I can create several POs, even if the SC already ordered.

E.g:

The SC:1000000011 has 1 item, the Qty is 10. I create a PO: 7000000005 with whole Qty 10.

And then, I can also create another POs, which reference to SC:1000000011.

So, I want to know how to control the PO, if the SC has already ordered.

PS: I have set the message "BBP_PD 778: Complete quantity of shopping cart &1/&2 already ordered" to E, but it unusable.

Hi,

Kindly review and fully implement the following notes:

1168632: BBP_POC: Shopping cart status not updated properly

1066794: PO deleted from a Bid sends the related SHP item to SOCO.

Please ensure these notes are completely implemented and then retest the systems behaviour.

I hope this helps,

Kind Regards,

Lisa,

Thanks.

But these notes does not solve my issue. Because I have use SRM 7.0.

So, do you have any other suggestions?

Dear Muthu,

Thank you for your apply.

My process is:

1st, Create a SC.

2nd, Sourcing, Create a BID_INV.

3th, Vendor bid.

4th, Accept vendor's bid.

5th, Create a PO based on the accepted vendor's bid.

And at this time, I found I can create PO again and again...
