How do I restrict user from opening a new session??

Dear All,

How do I restrict any user from creating new session, when he has logged in through RFC, or SM59, or Remote Function Module??

I am facing a similiar problem at my organisation, wherein when a user log's in from remote function module he is not able to start any new sessions, also the print command given from this remote logged session gives error.

Note 12466 provides steps how to restrict the number of sessions a user can open
