Hi Experts,
i have one query.
We have sales scenario like
we create a scheduling agreement to customer, forecaste a delivery schedule.and with reference to this scheduling agreement
we create a sales order.
here in this case as per a standard settings incoterms in Scheduling agreement are copied from customer master.
when we create the sales order with reference to scheduling agreement, then also these are copied from customer master.
sometimes we change these incoterms in Scheduling agreement. but when we create sales order with reference to scheduling agreement. these are not copied from scheduling agreement. it is getting copied from customer master.
so user is asking us , not to maintain it in Customer master.
so could anybody suggest what would be the better way to handle this ?
can we copy incoterms from scheduling agreement to sales order.
kindly reply.
regards,
Sujit
Hi Sujit
For your requirement , you need to have a separate account group and for that account group you should keep the incoterms feild optional. and you should not maintain incoterms in CMR sales data. Then when you create scheduling agreement you can enter the incoterms and then maintain the incoterms as per your requirement.
Regards
Sri

You can customize SAP to transfer partner business data from schedule agreement to sales order. Please use transaction VTAA, check for source (your agreement type) and target (your sales order type) in the table. check details once you find the right line, then you can enter what data needs to be transferred to sales order.
Please award points if this helps.
