Is there any options to get the notificaton rerouted back to the 'securty admin' after number of days in waiting status at manager approval status. There are options to forward the request if the manager does not approve in certain number of days, but no option listed to rerouted back automatically to the security admin.

Hi,
There is no way to reroute a request after waiting for certain number of days at a stage. Instead, at the stage level you can use the Escalation settings for this. Enter the desired Request Wait Time (Days) and Request Wait Time (Hours). In the Dropdown of Escalation Configuration, select Forward to Administrator. Hope this solves your problem.

You can configure at the stage in the escalation drop-down to forward to administrator after X amount of time instead setting it to next stage.
