How I can change the manager name as the approver in the CUP. I am unable to locate that option. I would like to change the email notification for manager approval.
Also noticed, approver information is totally empty in CUP config -> approver --> application window. So i assume approvers are not mentioned at all, not sure about this.

Hi,
Have you tried working with the workflows in CUP? You can setup approvers in the workflows, under Custom Approver Determinator.
Later, when you set up stages, you can also work with the e-mail functionality.
Alternatively, in ERM you can assign approvers directly to the roles.

Hello,
The Manager information or any of the approver details are not maintained in CUP. All the user details will come from your user search or user details data source. So if you want to make any changes to any of the approver information, you will have to change information in your data source. Mostly for approvers, your data source would be UME.
