Sales order is on overall blck, Requiremnts are in MD04 needs to be cleared

Hello Experts,

Sales orders are on overall block at header level. still Sales orders requirements can be seen in MD04 and MD07

for clearing these entries from MD04 , i tried report SDRQCR21 in system but its not working.

I tried t.code ACBD, its showing ATP server is not set up .

Could you pls suggest any other option if it is there ?

Hi Sujit,

Are you blocking the sales order hearder in "shipping" tab? If yes, this will not delete the requirement. If you are looking at blocking transfer of requirement from sales order to MD04 (for MRP), then I suggest you change the schedule line item category to "CN". This will delete the reservation and you will not see this sales order line item in MD04. But be careful, you will have to manually go into the order and change it back to "CP" when you are ready to release the order to MRP.

Hi Sujit

Once you create the order it will transfer to planning. What I understand is that if you reject the order at the line item level it should remove from the ATP. You can define a specific rejection reason for this and remove this at a later date.

Can you try this as an option
