Field VBKD-IHREZ is empty in the query

All,

When I run a query, the field VBKD-IHREZ is empty for a particular sales order. But in the actual sales order itself, the data exists. In the VBKD table as well, the data appears.

What could be the reson for this to happen?

What is the difference between these two fields? Where is IHREZ_E used ?

Hi,

The field IHREZ_E is used on the same tab (purchase order data) in the sales order but under ship-to party box - your reference field.

Hi Subhas,

There are two similar fields IHERZ & IHERZ_E both refer to 'Your reference' exists in VBKD table check the field correctly.
