Printing forms using HP LaserJet 1320n

Hi all,

I'm trying to print smartforms using the printer HP LaserJet 1320n.

In this form I have the header and footer section as a black box and its letters as white color.

So the header and footer have been printed without the white letters, only with black box.

When I use the printer HP Color LaserJet 2820 the header and footer section are Ok.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Try increasing the Wdth -> Frames -> Box and Shading -> Output Options.
