Dear sir
Lean WM - Warehousing structure that makes it possible to use transfer orders as pick orders even in warehouses with a simple structure. Without managing storage bins in WM, you can use the Lean-WM function to create transfer orders for deliveries (not for goods receipts or goods issues). For this activity, no bin data and no stock is updated at the storage bin level. Instead, this takes place at the storage location level.
Centralized WM - Warehousing structure that is tightly integrated with other modules like IM,MM,SD,and QI.In this type of stucture full functionality of WM can be used like TO's, Deliveries etc.,
Decentralized WM - This is a standalone Warehousing structure which can be integrated with any ERP using EDI and IDOCs .

Hi Umesh
Process per say there is not much difference all these three warehouse will have the same process Goods receipt, Goods issue and other warehouse process. whereas in terms of way of operation(infrastructure, using transfer order , integration with other module) there is some difference
Lean Warehouse managment - Warehouse without location management (Storage bin) , Stock updation takes place at storage location level. However a dummy bin has been used to club the delivery and generate pick order.
Decentralized warehouse managment - This could be existing sap system or the third party warehouse management system. Decision of using the warehouse managment system depend on the Load and availability of system (e.g if the no of transaction and availability of warehouse system is very high compare to other module then it's highly recommended to go for decentralized warehouse management system). To integrate with other module BAPI (Business application programming intrface) is being used
Warehouse managment system - Warehousing structure with proper rack structure , Location management and closely integrated with other module (e.g. SD,PP,QM,MM).
Hope this will help
