Invoice dates/Billing dates

Hi Experts,

I have one scenario where I am using collective billing (monthly) , as same billing date is one of the criteria for collective billing, I have used invoice/ billing date calendar for customer. I am using Qty Contract-> Release Order-> Invoice (Service).

When I create contract system will take correct billing date (last day of month) but if I create release order (with ref to Cont) in next month system will pick up current date as billing date, not take from customer calendar, I think this is because of, in contract billing date is in past.

Kindly suggest how to over come this.
