Hi,
In cProjects when an approver has to grant an approval to a phase, he/she is prompted for a password or digital signature.
Is it possible to use Single Sign On & the phase approval is granted as soon as the Approver clicks on the "Grant Approval" button. Is yes what settings need to be done for this?
Regards
Deepak
Hi,
no sorry, that is not possible.
There is a good reason why an ap´prover has to confirm it with the real cprojects logon password.
See note 928527
But we have a modification solution for the portal access
pasword.
Regards
Björn

Hi Deepak,
I guess no, cause the concept didn't allow this.
Our colleagues from SSO services can't support this and further from business priocess view it make no sense.
The approval grant is like a signature on paper.
If you have to make an approval, you have to reenter your password and not making a automatically grant.
