CANNOT RUN SAP INSTANCE (XMII) argent

This morning, my mii server can't reponse. when I restart server.

The SAP R/3 Instance from MMC cannot up to green.

I got message as below:

from application log (windows event viewer-->

error (red)

[FreeOsShm] Unmap shared memory failed (Ptr&H3D0x05CE0000)

ERROR_INVALID_ADDRESS: Attempt to access invalid address.

who can help me? Thank you!

Did you reboot the server or just sap? Sounds like you may have a bad memory chip, a conflict with a dll, or the machine is not configured correctly. Do you have the swap space set up according to the install guides? Did you recently update some software on the server?
