Controlling field display

Hi,

Is it possible to control the fields within Data Manager based on a selection we make in one of the lookup fields. For example, assume there are 15 fields within a table. Based on a selection that we make in one of the look up fields, only 5 fields should appear for the user to enter values. Is it possible to control this through some configuration?

Hi Annat,

Its not possible in pure in MDM solution. But if you are using Portal UI you can restrict user to different views and specific fields depending on requirement.

Also Taxonomy give you this feature of displaying Attribute specific to a selection made in hierarchy.

With maintable fields such a functionality is not possible.

Hi,

It is not possible in current MDM versions. There is no configuration exists to control this behaviour
