SSO not working in BW

Hello All,

In our portal we have ECC iviews and BW iviews. I have did the SSO for both ECC and BW system, the strange thing is SSO working for ECC and not in BW. I dont have any clue on that to fix the same.

I have done this several times earier and its working fine in many systems but I am not able to find the problem in this BW system

Steps did so far.

1. Placed the SSO parameters for accept and create in instance profile (1 & 2) - Restarted the machine as well and also FQDN are maintaining.

2.Created a new certificate in Visual administrator - key storage

3.Imported in ECC and the same certificate in BW system - added to ACL in STRUSTSSO2.

4.Testing the iviews in portal (ECC were working and BW is not working - asking the log on credentials)

5. For sure as like ECC system maintaing the host entries and service entries in portal and BW system.

But error is throwing,, I have the same problem in 3 BW systems and I believe I am missing somewhere.

Kindly advice me on which i have missed on this and to get rid of this issue.

Universal Solution - Restart did the trick and its working fine now

Did you access the portal with Fully qualifed name?

Is the user logged on to the portal matching with the user in BW system or system alias set?

Perhaps one of these would happend in your case.
