We are deploying GRC AC 5.3 (SP8) to our end users through our portal. The user access form shows four links on the left (Request Access, Request Status, Support and User Logon). Does anyone know a way to disable to hide the "User Logon" link on the left?
Thanks,
Peggy
Thank you for your replies.
Our problem is that we have single signon working so we don't want the "user logon" link to appear because we know that someone will click on it - which, in turn, will create more calls to our help desk because they'll get a blank screen and won't know how to get back from it. (We've also asked how to get the "logoff" link to be hidden on the CUP menu and received the same answer, which is, basically you can't unless you change the code.) We've decided to put all this in our training classes and it will work for a little while, but prevention is the better answer.
I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something else.
Thank you!

Not sure if this will help or not but there is a good doc posted here in BPX.

Peggy,
End user does not require any UME role to access CUP main page so there is no easy way to remove 'User Logon' link. The only way would be to make changes to the code directly.
