Dear Friend
Suppose we have a material A. Once we confirm some x units of material A through co11n, with movement type 101, a quality lot is created with x units with inspection origin 04. Our quality dept. clears the lot from QA32 and post both ok quantity & rejection quantity to unrestricted stock through movement type 321.
But at times once material A is confirmed in co11n, no quality lot is found in QA32 but in MMBE, A is found under quality stock and QM lot can be found in MD04. Thus we post these lots from QA11 etc.
Can you please tell why at times quality lots are not visible in QA32 after A is confirmed in CO11N but visible in qa32?
Thanks
Chandra
Are you entering any filter criteria at QA32? Filter data are applicable for that lot?
If lot is there in system and you are not entering any filter criteria in initial screen of QA32 then lot should appear in QA32.
Thanks!!!

Hi,
pl check your QA32 selection criteria OR may it be happen ,before CO11n, settings in MM may be removed for 04 inspection type but check in "post to inspection stock " remain as a clicked so your lot lying in a quality but no insp. lot now in this case st. SAP is giving you the lot with origin 0800 which is not showing you in QA32 but in MD04.
Cheers,

Hi,
It seems you are giving some filter criteria in QA32.
What I suggest is, remove all filter criteria in QA32 lot selection screen, give lot created on date same as of CO11N date, 'Select all inspection lots' under list settings with standard layout, remove any dynamic selection and execute. You must get Inspection Lot.
