How to assign, Unassigned category in procurement catalog

Former Member

Hi All,

I have added manually new category to procurement catalog and saved the same. I am able to see new category in procurement catalog under content -> Edit items in a category and as well as in schema-> structure details.

I published the procurement catalog with out any error.

But as a end user when I go to the catalog item category wise. I am not able to find the newly added catagory link. But I am able to see all old category links.

I am missing any thing?

Please advice.

Thanks

Girish

Hi

Check whether your new published catalog is pointing to the correct TREX server.

Sometimes, if you have updated your TREX, the new URL shud be maintianed in the call structure of the respective webservice ID.

Hi Masa / Murali,

Masa,

Even I tried publishing full catalog. The publish is successful and log messeges are green. But Still the link of the new category is missing in catalog.

Murali,

As per your advice, I will check the trex server and get back to you with update.

Thanks

Girisha

Do you maintain views in this catalog? If so make sure you have not excluded this category with the views.

Hi,

Was it delta publish or full publish?

What is the success log in the SLG1? Is there any category count in the log?

Regards,

Masa
