Exporting entire query information from portal iview to Excel

I have created several queries located on our sales dashboard. I created web templates and an iveiw with the query and a navigation block to allow filtering and organization. If they exceed more than 200 rows I do not get the entire query but only what is on the page displayed.

Is there anyway I can get the entire query to export to excel?

what if you right-click on the table and click on "export to excel", does the excel file have only 200 rows, too?

If you don't have this menu item you can enable it in the web template settings (MENU_EXPORT_TO_XLS).

I have this setting in my web template but I cannot download a 201 and greater row report to excel.

It is limited to the number of rows it shows on the screen.
