HTTP response contains status code 503

Hi,

we have a problem by sending a message to an external adapter engine. we have XI 3.0 and the adapter engine is from XI 2.0.

when we send a message to the external AE we get a HTTP Failure like:

"HTTP response contains status code 503 with the description no listener registered for service /db_VENDOR_MASTER_TEST_out/receiver Error when sending by HTTP (error code: 503, error text: no listener registered for service /db_VENDOR_MASTER_TEST_out/receiver)"

Did anybody know this problem?

I don't know what to do at this point.
