Error in VA01

Hi all

I am getting this error when i save the sales order

No control entry exists for document type TA for GTS call

Message no. /SAPSLL/PLUGINR3001

how to resolve this.........

I am not sure if you have been able to resolve this. If so please ignore....

Have you added the document type 'TA' to make the GTS call at the following GTS Plug-in location:

IMG -> SD -> Foreign Trade / Customs -> SAP GTS Plug-in -> Control data for transfer to SAP GTS -.> Configure control settings for document transfer -> SD0A -> Add a new entry for 'TA'

Please check the connection and the medium with the GTS system and post the result of this exercise.

Dear Shalsa,

This is may related to US taxation,

You might have created sales order for the US customer, before going to create sales transaction for US based customer you need to check the GTS settings(US Tax ) also.

Let me know the SPRO Settings for GTS.What changes exactly i have to check and change. Because till thrusday we are able to save the sales order without any error

Also you said till thursday you could save sales order. Wat happened after that. Did you change config?

I am not sure what system(IDES or actual) you are using but if you have a GTS team then ask them to maintain GTS entries.

This includes all new doc types, Pricing procedure & item categories.

Now I dont know how these are maintained as in my case there was a GTS team which did the same.

Check in IMG --> Sales and Dictribution --> Foreign Trade/Customs --> SAP Global Trade Services - Plug in --> Control Data for Transfer to SAP GTS --> Configure Control settings for Document Transfer.

Check in Application level SD0A if your document type has been activated
