Problem with Printer

Dear all,

When a user trying to print from SAP, he is getting the printer but the area which has background colour as grey comes out as black. But when user save the invoice on desktio, then he is getting the print out with out any problem.

Please could any one help me ...

Refer the following notes

1)Note 400050 - Background is printed in black instead gray

2)Note 425605 - Print output during Web reporting

3) Note 35688

Hello,

The note 35688 can not be diplayed. i got the error " The requested SAP NOte is either in networking or is released internally"

what does this mean...........what does this note says....if you are able to display the note can you please paste it here
