Is there any standard Line item report which meets follwong requirement
Sales Order No, Date, Sold to Party, Project Actual Cost

You can get the required details some extent from SAP Standard Reports - CN55N / CN54N / CN45N.
But for getting the details all thogther, you have to develop a Z report.
