Hi gurus

i got the error "Activity S found neither in database nor in tables" i am not getting the material or receipe.... from the SMQ1. can anyone help?

Hi Prasanna,

At this point, you can try out two options.

1) Check the application logs created and take action accordingly

2) Put break point in cif activation and check where is the missing

data using abaper

Hi Prasanna - Have you checked all the resources are available in APO? CFM2 might state the model is activated without any errors, but the resources might not be available in APO.

If they are not available, please use RIMODIONI program to push them to APO.

Hi Prasanna,

Is this issue resolved.

I faced similar problem few days back and I got the solution

as follows:-

"Rerun integration model for material, workcenter, PPM/PDS

and then recheck"

We are in ECC5, and note 770302 was missing. After importing the note , the porblem disappeared. But no need to do the same in ECC6.

Hi check following points-:

1. Check by CFM5 whether header material, Component material , work centers of product is in active integration model

2. Proper times are maintained for at least one activity.

3. Work center formulas are correct.

If any of above problem is there correct the Same. Then try witi RIMODINI.

Hi Prasanna,

Check whether in customisation, activity S is defined.

Also check Activity S is defined in master receipe as well in R/3

In such case, retransfer the work center first to APO

Followed by retransfer the PPM or PDS and check

Please confirm your finding.

Hi

I deleted the existing PPM in APO and trying to send the PPM from R/3... still i get the same error.... what shall i do ( i have deleted all the Procedd orders )

Prasanna,

Ensure you have all the resources available in APO. If not first send the resources to APO and then the PPM.

I sent all res , and then tried CFM1... in CFM2 no error but the receipe is not avl in APO.....( just a sort of dry run ) any idea?

Hi Prasanna,

Check at the following places activity is defined

1) R/3 customisation

2) Work center - whether the activity S is defined

3) In the routing or receipe - whether the activity is defined

4) If you made any changes in the above 1 to 3, recif the

work centre again and again cif the PPM or PDS and recheck

yes there is a change in Receipe. But we do have loads of process order already exist in APO. now aht shld i do
