Picking up valid records on query key date

Hi Guys,

I need to pick up the records valid on query key date. The ODS has 'Valid from' and 'Valid to' Dates. I need to Pick up records for which query key date falls in the Valid from and to range.

Any idea how to achieve it.

i think its Simple one but I am not able to fix it somehow.

Kirk,

The key date in Query property works only for the Master Data attributes that are time dependent. It does not work on the Custom Valid from and Valid to date in the ODS.

You can create a variable for date and restrict the data based on that.

hello

Create a condition on a key figure for your report . Then use the variables created on 2 dates - Valid to & valid from in this condition.

You would be able to restrict the data as per this condition.
