Service Master not available in SC

Hi,

I replicated the service master from our ECC6 to SRM. Am able to see the service master in SRM tcode commpr01.

The list of service master however is NOT available for selection/ordering in our shopping cart screen. I have selected Item type=Service, and also product type=02 (service) in the Product ID field. Also cleared all filter during the search just to try. All I see is the material master, but not the service master. If you know why, please share. Thank you.

You must get via internal good and services since you give key as product type 02

you must get a list of service masters along with product category.

or mend your search term with help of sap.

when you select the service product category (describe procurement) ithe radio button must move into services automaticallyfrom goods in the basic data of the cart.
