Error on Legato Backint

Hello.

I have a backup of MZP saved on node itasapaa and I need to restore it on node itasap02 with destination VFQ using brrestore.

The init.utl and init.sap file are ok (correct legato server and client) backup log file aff correctly saved.

But when the brrestore starts, the backint doesn't connect to Legato server, reporting error for each datafile.

In the backint log I found the reason of the error.

16248:recover:Cannot start session with server bcksrv:

User oravfq on computer itasap02 is not on itasapaa's remote access list

0 1250939709 2 0 0 1 10031126 0 itasap02 recover 21 recover_start failed! 0

They are both AIX nodes.

Does anybody know how to correct this error?

Not a SAP issue but I try to help

You have to configure the storage nodes access list so that the itasap02 can access that node. You find that in the "advanced" tab (Networker 7.5)

I passed your hint to the person in charge to Legato, and he fixed the issue. Thanks a lot.
