Folder wise serch

Dear all

Folder wise serch i spossible in easy DMS because as per my knowledge it is not possible or using some setting or trick if possible kindly let mev know.

Ex. Suppose i have created 5 folder (SD,MM,PP,FI,QM) now I want to search a document description wise in only PP folder Is it possible?

i dont think so its possible

folders are olny to store ur documents in a proper way. use a quick way to get it and open, if u know the path...instead of remembering the doc no: or doc description.

u can use classification, in a good way to search documents.

for suppose u have stored a doc in ur pc in some folder in D drive in ur laptop, and if u have a search option, for the whole COMPUTER................u have now able to search, ofcourse its time consuming

use classsification, which will help u in searching the documents in a very easy way , than searching in folders, which is also not possible
